The price depends on four things: the printing time, the material the part consumes, the type of material (standard PLA, technical PETG and high-detail resin do not cost the same) and whether it is printed in one colour or several, since every colour change adds pauses and purges. Post-processing is added when needed: sanding or assembly. That is why we do not publish a fixed rate: send us the model or a photo with measurements and you get a firm price, usually the same day and with no obligation.

We work with STL, OBJ and STEP, the standard 3D printing formats. If the file is large, upload it to Google Drive or WeTransfer and send us the link. WhatsApp works for quick questions, but please send 3D files through the form or as a link.

Yes, that is the most common case. With photos from several angles, a hand drawing with measurements, or the original part itself (even broken) we can model the object from scratch. You see and approve the model before we print.

In filament (FDM) we print parts up to 290 × 290 × 290 mm. In resin (SLA), up to 120 × 72 × 150 mm — fine detail lives in smaller formats. If your part is larger, we split it into segments and assemble it; with game boxes and large figures we do this regularly.

For small orders we work to a 3 working day lead time, and often it ships sooner. The clock starts when you give final approval of the model: if you request changes after that, it restarts from the new approval.

Large orders and production runs are agreed individually: when we quote, we give you a firm date and commit to it.

If your deadline is tight, say so when you request the quote. Depending on the part and the workshop's load we can print in under 24 hours, with a surcharge we tell you about before we start.

Yes. The times we quote are production times: they run until the part is finished. Then comes dispatch, which depends on the courier you choose and the destination. Within Santiago and nearby destinations most couriers deliver the next working day; to more distant regions it can take 2 to 4 working days. If you collect in person in Las Condes, there is no shipping time at all.

PLA for decorative pieces and prototypes: good detail and a wide colour range. PETG when the part has to take knocks or moisture. ABS and ASA for outdoor use and heat. Flexible TPU for parts that need to bend. SLA resin when fine detail matters: figures, jewellery, small models. If you are unsure, describe where the part will be used and we will choose for you.

Filament: stronger and more affordable parts, with layer heights from 0.1 mm. Ideal for inserts, boxes, spare parts and anything handled often. Resin: much finer detail and smooth surfaces, with layers from 0.05 mm, but more brittle and less tolerant of knocks. With game figures the decision is usually that simple: display shelf, resin; on the table every week, filament. Tell us the use and we choose for you.

We deliver them cleaned, with supports removed and inspected one by one. We do not paint parts, but we can print them in several colours. If you need sanding or the assembly of several parts, we do that as additional work: tell us what you are after and we include it in the quote.

We work with tolerances down to 0.2 mm and calibrate our equipment constantly. Every part goes through quality control before it leaves the workshop.

Yes. We work from a single part, with no minimum quantity and no minimum order value. We also produce full runs for businesses, with volume pricing.

Usually the name of the game and of the expansions you want to fit inside, plus a photo of the open box. Ideally, send us the external dimensions of the box as well: that is what makes the fit perfect, with no slack and no surprises.

If the game is not modelled yet and the insert has to be designed from scratch, we will probably ask you for more: photos of every component, the quantities and a few specific measurements. We need to identify each piece to give it its exact place.

Also tell us whether you play with sleeved cards and which sleeves, because that completely changes the space required — it is the number one reason an insert does not fit.

It is one of the things we do most. We need the original part or its remains, or photos with a size reference (a ruler or a coin next to it). From that we rebuild the model and print it in the material that suits its use.

By bank transfer, or in cash if you collect the order in person. We issue boleta or factura, whichever you need. For large orders and production runs we ask for a deposit before production starts; with regular customers we adjust the terms. Everything is set out in the quote, before anything is printed.

Yes. We arrange handover in Las Condes, near the Metro Manquehue area, at a time that suits you. It is the fastest option and saves you the shipping cost.

For business customers in Santiago with orders of a certain size, we deliver to your office at no extra cost — we discuss it when quoting and confirm whether your order qualifies.

Yes, we ship throughout Chile. We send freight collect, with the courier the client prefers.

If the problem comes from our printing process, we reprint it at no cost. Send us a photo and we sort it out. If the part came out exactly as in the approved model but does not work the way you expected, tell us as well: we look together at what to adjust and find a reasonable way forward.

Your model is used solely to produce your order. We do not share it with third parties, we do not publish it and we do not reuse it for other jobs. If your company needs a signed confidentiality agreement, we are happy to sign one.

We issue invoices and offer volume pricing, recurring orders and service agreements. It is the usual route for prototypes, short runs and functional parts. Select B2B in the contact form and you will get a tailored proposal.

We do not print copyrighted models without authorisation, nor weapon parts. If you are unsure about your project, ask us before ordering.
